The Head PMU, Abba Aliyu celebrates International Women’s Day 2023
The Head Project Management Unit of the Nigeria Electrification Project (NEP), Abba Aliyu joins the rest of the world in celebrating the International Women’s Day 2023. Today is dedicated to celebrating the cultural, political and socio-economic achievements of women around the world.
This year’s theme, marks a call for a more gender equal world that is free of bias & discrimination, a world that is diverse, equitable and inclusive. It also emphasizes on the importance and the need to bridge the gap in innovation and technology for gender equality by creating tech that meets the need for both women and girls, supporting women and girls in STEM as well as closing the digital access gap for a more inclusive world.
