REA-NEP Staff Committed To Productivity & Efficiency
The Nigeria Electrification Project (NEP) of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA) just concluded a three-day STRATEGIC PRODUCTIVITY RETREAT held on the 26th – 28th January 2022 in Lagos, Nigeria. The retreat comprise of all members of the Project Management Unit (PMU) as well as executive and senior management from REA, Federal Ministries of Power, Finance and Office of the Accountant General of the Federation
The purpose of the Retreat was targeted at consolidating the present gains/milestone, achievements and outlining future course of action which will focus on evaluating performances, tracking progress and re-strategizing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across all components and units towards achieving the project’s development objectives
The retreat also created an avenue to present the Project Performance Appraisal Framework and parameters for quarterly assessment of all component and units to improve productivity, efficiency and team work among among staff of the Project Management Unit (PMU)
